Wing Shya was born in Hong Kong. He works now as a photographer, director as well as graphic designer. Wing Shya attended the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers. After graduating from Emily Carr Institute, he started working in Pentegram, USA. Then he came back to Hong Kong and created his own studio Shya-la-la, which mainly focus on fashion costumes and advertising films. He had been working as a photographer and designer for several movies of Karwai Wong, including <Happy Together>, <In the Mood for Love> and <2046>. He is also a music video and editing director. Wing Shya’s works have been displayed in exhibitions in Hong Kong and worldwild. He has received more than 60 awards from Hong Kong, mainland China, Canada, Japan and USA. His solo show, Wing Shya Exhibition, was held in Mori Art Museum, Roppongi Hills, Japan from March 18th to April 16th, 2006, where displayed his photographs taken for diverse artists. He is the first photographer whose solo exhibition was held at Mori Art Museum.

夏永康（Wing Shya），出生在香港，香港摄影师，导演及平面设计师。夏永康曾在香港李惠利工业学院和明爱白英奇专业学校及加拿大Emily Carr Institute就读，后在美 Pentegram 工作，回港后创办了自己的创作室Shya-la-la，工作范畴包括时装及广告摄影。他曾为导演王家卫负责多部电影，包括《春光乍泻》、《花样年华》及《2046》的拍摄及设计工作，亦曾成为音乐录影带及编剧导演。夏永康的作品曾在多个香港及国际展览中展出，在香港、中国内地、加拿大、日本、美国纽约等地获得过超过60个奖项。2006年3月18日至4月16日，日本六本木新城森美术馆举行夏永康个人摄影展（Wing Shya Exhibition），展出他为多位艺人拍摄的摄影作品。他是首位于森美术馆举行个人展览的摄影师。
